Elephant Atlas is an artist led exhibition, hosted by London College of Communication and inspired by the collections of the Cuming museum, formerly on Walworth Road. The museum is still looking for a new permanent site but until then we work with all sorts of projects and many organisations which help us open up the collections to the public.
In this talk and tour we'll look at the artwork in the exhibition, discuss the objects which the artists have chosen and explore Southwark's local history collections. You will also get a chance to see many of the objects up close and personal, as a selection will be brought along for you to handle, photograph and ask questions.
Come and join us for this fun and fascinating exhibition event!
This event is free but booking is advised. It will be held at London College of Communication's main building at Elephant and Castle.
