Artist Tom Jones-Berney’s first solo exhibition of his colourful East London scenes is gracing the walls of Long White Cloud in Shoreditch.
About
The project is special in that it hones in on the nitty-gritty details unique to East London; a graffiti-ridden Regent’s Canal snaking beneath the copper-tinged silhouette of Bethnal Green gas holders, and the hustle and bustle of Spitalfields as it spills out onto the cobbles of Brick Lane. Special focus is given to the colourful and characterful establishments peppered along Stoke Newington’s Church Street, an area the artist is particularly fond of.
Tom will also be unveiling a handful of new and never-before-seen art works depicting the surrounding area of East London in which the Long White Cloud café and gallery resides.
