his will be Everything In Colour's first drop-in printing workshop! They have opened up their doors to the public not only to sell their handmade clothing but to allow you guys to try your hands at Screen Printing. This event is drop-in so pop down to E.I.C anytime between 12 - 6pm on Satursday 15th August!
About
The team at Everything In Colour will be selling plain tote bags and unique t-shirts for you to Tie Dye onto. If you happen to have lots of fabric at home and are wondering what to do with it, bring it down to the venue to dye and then EIC could turn it into one of their bespoke dresses, purses or tops, prices for this service range from £25- £75 depending on the item. Items will also be available to buy on the day, Plain Tote Bags: £3 & Unique T-Shirts: £30
So, what does this ticket include? This will be an informal and fun drop-in screen printing workshop. You will create you own simple stencil and screen print your design onto a final piece. Although there will be items for sale at E.I.C make sure you have a dig around at home to see what you have to up-cycle and print onto. This could be a t-towel, t-shirt, napkins, card, pillow case.... natural fabrics work best, such as cottons and linens.
You are welcome to bring as many items as you like to the screen printing workshop and Nicole will guide you through the printing process. You could even prepare your stencil at home to allow more time for printing!
