About

An exhibition to coincide with the 180th Anniversary of the Liverpool and Manchester railway, the first inter-city passenger railway line, at the oldest railway station still in use Edge Hill, now occupied by Metal a multi-disciplinary arts organisation. The group exhibition brings together artists based in Liverpool and Manchester to explore the idea of journey, routine, repetition, direction and discipline through a series of large-scale works using sculpture, sound, installation and painting and incorporating a variety of media including maps and train tickets. Free. Open Tues- Fri 2-6pm, Sat 12-4pm
