Join artist Rowan Miles to navigate drawing and composition in a collaborative workshop that challenges the edge of the canvas. Bring your own toys and models!
About
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONHow do the edges of the canvas restrict our drawing and composition? Rowan will help us to explore our sense of space within drawing by getting us to create an ever expanding surface. Drawing an epic scene from toys and models (participants are urged to bring their own) like that of Paolo Uccello. We will slowly add our drawings together to create a collaborative drawing which we will all further add to, creating a sense of a ‘never-ending’ composition.
Materials are included.
Tues, 23 April, 6.30-8.30pm
