The works by architects Andrew Lucia and Young & Ayata stem from research on the mutations of architectural representation and question the distribution of sensible information brought about by the digital procedures of image production. In doing so, they open architecture to a new, strange, materiality that challenges the set of conventions that have historically regulated the degree of realism of the architectural drawing.
