Acknowledged for his contribution to painting with work selected for both the John Moores Contemporary Painting Prize and the Boomberg New Contemporaries, Rüthi's eagerly anticipated current work expands on earlier enquiry into the relationship between high art and popular culture. Rüthi exhibits mainly in Germany, Switzerland and Australia, making this a unique opportunity to see his work in Yorkshire.
