Join us from 4pm for the last DORA PROJECT participatory Commemorative Public Event in South East London, to discuss the contemporary relevance of activating and commemorating historical events.
About
The event will commemorate Peckham and Southwark’s V2 rocket victims, focusing on the impact theses attacks had on people’s lives and neighbourhoods. The Museum Group, based in New Cross Road will contribute to the event, with a display of WW2 archive materials.
Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to DORA POSTCARD PROJECT by writing down their comments, memories and testimonies. Archival materials and testimonies are welcomed.
