About
La Dolce Berlin is excited to inaugurate it’s Kammerspiel Theatre with a night of alternative comedy. Eilidh Hodgson, our artist residence, brings her smash-Fringe-hit comedy showcase Doo Wop Art Flop, hosted by the artist and her comedy partner Katherine Plumb. For the first half, Eilidh and Katherine will present a revised edition of their 2018 debut show for the first half. Expect 20-30 minutes of props, mistakes and at least one emotional breakdown. It’s going to be fantastic. This will be followed by a ten minute slot by self-acclaimed local role model Mr Strange Energy.For our second half, we are very proud to present Edinburgh-based up-and-coming character comedian Andrew Sim as Ivan, the closeted Chechen man.
