We’d love to invite you to yet another Dolce Far Niente, starting at 6 pm by the exhibition opening of Kristýna Kužvartová: Očista and culminating after 9 pm as we submerge ourselves into the evening shadows and Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: Space Odyssey.

PROGRAMME:
18: 00 Exhibition opening Kristýna Kužvartová: Očista
The Očista (Cleansing) project focuses on the topics of cleansing rituals and mental/spiritual catharsis, which are simultaneously questioned through the prefabricated object being “washed”. The exhibition presents a series of statues made of soap, placed into the sinks around Pragovka’s industrial space. The stylised human shapes deform and dissolve as the visitors wash their hands. The more it serves the purpose of removing all of the “dirt”, the less of it remains. The visitors symbolically wash their hands of the current state of the world.
