The Derby Print Open is an exhibition celebrating printmakers based in the United Kingdom.
About
Printmakers based in the United Kingdom were invited to submit work towards Green Door Printmaking Studio’s first ever Derby Print Open. The Derby Print Open is an exhibition which is open to all artists over the age of 16, based in the United Kingdom, working purely within the medium of printmaking.
Over 80 prints will be on display within Banks Mill Studios!
All prints submitted are original, hand-pulled fine art prints, produced using a recognised printmaking techniques and from artists all over the UK! Utilising a wide range of techniques and styles, every submitting artist will be guaranteed at least one print from their application. All showcased prints will be for sale and awards will be presented at the launch of the exhibition; from artist materials from St Cuthbert’s Mill, to further exhibition opportunities at Green Man Gallery, as well as a People’s Choice Award, the winner of which will receive free, guaranteed entry to the 2019 Derby Print Open.
