Explore the juicy bits of (Mexican) Wrestling via drawings and paintings inspired during a residency at Ishuakara Galleria in Oaxaca, Mexico: lycra clad corruption, sweaty homoeroticism, male pride, triumph and the glamour of gang warfare. Inner landscapes and dark social roles are exposed on embellished newspaper clippings and record sleeves. Deep inside we all have an alter persona… who wouldn’t want shiny tights, a cape and mask to go with it?
