Bristol Tonic are a group of poets and musicians.
Creating new works in response to an individual painting by Nigel Shipley, Bristol Tonic will perform live music and poetry in the gallery.

Using bold brushstrokes and his own luminous sense of colour, he captures the urban landscape’s spirit as well as its appearance.
