Featuring work conceived in his home in rural Germany during recent months, this exhibition continues the artist’s in-depth exploration of issues surrounding personal and collective identities, history, society and politics.
Danh Vo’s conceptual artworks often draw on personal experience to explore historical, social and political themes, using as the point of departure the relationship between our inner selves, our desires, our intimate relationships and the forces at large that determine them.
