About

Cuts and Grazes is an exhibition of 10 emerging artists from Manchester, Salford, London and Hove. Each artist was selected from a call for submissions, which asked potential exhibitors to provide their response to the spending review. The exhibition was conceived to highlight a public reaction to the recent spending cuts, a ‘Creative View of the SpendingReview'.
