Cut Up New Works

This new exhibition centres on the collective's local area of Hackney Wick- around its streets, abandoned buildings, wastelands and scrap-yards. Outdoor pieces include: text works, a number of collaged billboard and bus stop images, a raft piece situated on the canal behind Wallis Road and a sound intervention that transforms a disused stack of rusting skips into a make-shift audio speaker. There are also new film works, animations and sound sculptures in an abandoned warehouse and a live performance event outside- the fifth burning of a tower block created from meticulously drilled wood.
