A road trip to the Texas Panhandle has provided the inspiration for a new collection of tapestries and paintings . The panhandle is a place of immense natural beauty and diversity; from the rock formations of Palo Duro and Caprock Canyons, to the stark flatness and enormous skies of the level plains. A place of detail and repetition; mile after mile of cotton fields,. telegraph poles, fence posts, wind turbines and long straight, seemingly endless, blacktop highways lace across the landscape providing pattern, geometry and rhythm.
