To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Artworks, the longest surviving artist-run studio and gallery space in Cambridge, is hosting a fortnight of art activity focusing on collaboration in art.

About

In an exploration of connections and equivalencies, the Correspondence exhibition brings together past and present Artworks’ artists who have forged new partnerships to create a group show where, consciously and reflectively each has found new strategies for collaborative practice. Exhibition free.

Other highlights: How to be Artful (24 October) Writers Ali Smith and Alexandra Harris will discuss the creative possibilities of cross-artform dialogue.

Collaboration (Saturday 24 October) An artist film screening event.

Bookmaking Masterclass (Sunday 25 October) Make your own hard-bound book, using traditional techniques and materials. Booking essential for events.
