Getting your work seen starts with developing a powerful portfolio and showing examples of your work. In most cases it’s very difficult to show original pieces due to size, weight or previous sales. This is when a copy or photograph of your work can play a major role in your success. The photograph should be well executed and visually compelling. With art it’s the visual that will count the most.
This two-days workshop will provide you with a foundation on how to best photograph your art work for portfolio development and/or digital exposure. You will learn the best approach in lighting and photographing your art. Whether you use your iPhone or Mirrorless or DSLR camera, you will learn how to get the best quality in your copy-work.
This is a hands on workshop. Bring your art. Bring your camera. Robert Meyer will show you the best way to light your art for that special portfolio or internet exposure. He will also discuss a variety of issues that could present problems followed with easy solutions to rectify those problems.
