Good afternoon,It is with regret that I must tell you that Cool Britannia will no longer be going ahead this Saturday.
Unfortunately the venue has let us down, and can no longer provide the equipment, staffing and promotion required to make this event a success. Whilst we could go ahead in a much smaller capacity, we believe it would not be the best use of the time, energy and resources contributed by all the Pedestrian volunteers involved.
Instead we are working on finding an alternative date, which will allow us both to commit fully to the event. And do everyone's hard work justice!
Thank you for your input to date. Please accept my apologies for changing plans at the last moment - I only found out today so thought it best to inform you of our decision as soon as I could. Many many thanks for your time and help with the event, I hope you will still like to be involved when we reschedule for a couple of months time.
