We are delighted to announce Convergence an exhibition programme in the Photobook Cafe Gallery on the exchange between human and nature in photographic forms. You are invited to our opening night on Thursday 20th of April from 6-9pm.

The programme includes an Artist Talks event on Friday 21st of April, running between 11am-1pm.
In Convergence, we share inspiring presentations by the artists, who have developed explorations of different narratives on the connections between humans and nature, forging new concepts that are generative on the cutting edge of contemporary photography.
The transformative capacity of art lies in teeming creative imagination; one that incites envisioning progressive futures for our world and societies. Creative imagination emboldens approaching socio-cultural and environmental subjects from integral and new narratives that open opportunities and respond to them with boundless, yet rich exploratory and experimental solutions. The show extends beyond a way to recognize and celebrate the artists’ capacities to develop original and inventive ideas.
Convergence provides space for emerging artists to explore the interconnections of bodies and environmental subjects, navigating through their journeys of growth. The programme aims to create a collective space that expands our understanding of narratives around the body and its possibilities of engaging with the nature of things.
