About
Fahd Burki Graduated from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2003 and received a Postgraduate Diploma from the Royal Academy Schools, London in 2010. He received the Landseer Award for painting at the Royal Academy Schools in 2009 and the John Jones Award at Art Dubai in 2013. He was one of the selected artists from the Commonwealth countries to undertake a residency at Edinburgh Printmakers in 2013. Burki’s artworks have been exhibited at Carré d’Art–Musée d’art contemporain, Liste 17, Artissima 18 and the Royal Academy of Arts. In 2014 a monograph of the artists work was published in association with SKIRA editore Milan.
