The lazy susans invite you to re-imagine your surroundings, taking one image from a magazine and letting this grow into a collective artwork.
About
This is a drop-in workshops, so feel free to join for as long or as little as you like. We invite you to come and have a cup of tea and a natter in and amongst the exhibition. Finding endless possibilities from just one snip, one image, or collection of words.
After the workshop we will disseminate parts of the collage into the charity shops and hairdressers who supplied the materials, leaving a seedling of an idea to develop further through a new set of eyes.
the lazy susans are a curatorial collective that share culture in a rotating style; friends, creatives and side-hustle connaisseurs. Co-founded by Kaia Goodenough, Holly Pines and Mala Yamey in 2021, the lazy susans present exhibitions, workshops and live events that give back to local communities in a cyclical style through charity partnerships.
