OUB Collective presents Coming to Our Senses, showcasing a selected range of work from Third Year Kingston School of Art students.
About
This event explores interactivity within exhibiting arts, opening up the institutional space for viewers to interact with participatory arts, tactile touch, and sensory art.
This project responds to the ties and connections we hold in the physical world with touch, smell, sound, and sight, and looks to explore how art can interact with space and the body. With a range of multidisciplinary artists, we intend to create a space that investigates the placement of the participant and the context which they hold in relation to artwork and institutional spaces.
Coming to Our Senses will exhibit a variety of works from sculpture, film, and performance, drawing from a multitude of themes and inspirations from collective experience, and environmental and digital media.
