Take a tour of Harewood House to look at our famous Chippendale collections, with our resident Chippendale expert, followed by a practical workshop exploring the art of gilding.

About

You'll use genuine English 23 carat gold leaf and traditional gilding techniques to produce a beautiful decorative miniature-panel to take home with you. This is an ideal opportunity to appreciate the richness of material and the complexities of a craft that has remained largely unchanged for hundreds of years.
