A community textile installation of unique white poppies honouring victims of wars from World War One to the present.

Free. All welcome.Free. All welcome.Over 3, 500 poppies are displayed at Friends House in London, knitted, crocheted, embroidered and felted by a wide range of people from around Britain and beyond, in a moving commemoration of diverse victims, with many personal comments.
Other poppies are on display elsewhere and many folk will also wearing poppies they have made.

Free poppy making workshops on
* Monday 5th November 12 -3 at the Quaker Bookshop, in Friends House .
* Sunday 11th November 2-5 at Friends House .
You can take your poppy away to wear or add it to the installation.
