About
From collage to decollage and back: the works shown in this exhibition each deal in their own way with the creative spaces that open up where paper meets glue.
DER ANONYME PLAKATABRISS observes and documents the continuous pasting of posters on the walls of the city. The anti-posters resulting from this process, on which the overlapping edges recur as abstract structures, form the starting point of the exhibition installation at Supalife Kiosk.
ADRIAN WYLEZOL comments on the formation and deformation of glued paper with collages that he creates from the remains of posters glued on top of each other.
The collages that JORGE CHAMORRO and D.M. NAGU contribute to this interplay are traditionally made with scissors, glue and material from old books and magazines, creating unreal realities.
There is a twofold communication at work at COLLA TERAL: not only the works, but also the processes of gluing and pasting paper communicate with each other.
