About
Over the last six months, the organisation has been working with small isolated groups around Portsmouth, creating unique artwork from clay.
The exhibiting groups include:
- McMillan 3Cs
- Portsmouth Cross Cultural Women Group
- Fratton Live at Home Group (MHA)
- Students of the University of Portsmouth
- Friendship Group
- Members of the Clay Station
- Self Referral Group
The aim of the project is to give individuals the opportunity to learn the basics of a traditional craft, to be part of a friendly group and to have fun within a safe studio.
The Clay Station is a not for profit organisation providing ceramic facilities for people based in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. They aim to share a passion for ceramics and keep traditional skills alive.
