Clay Pipe Modelling Workshop

Taking inspiration from Scarborough Museums Trust's collection of antique smoking pipes, this one day ceramics workshop gives the opportunity to create and craft your own clay pipe. A selection of pipes from the museum's store will be on display in Scarborough Art Gallery during the workshop, with a few made available for workshop attendees to handle. A variety of clay will be available to hand model each pipe, which will then be left to dry, fired, and ready to collect the following week. Workshops are for adults aged 18 years and over.
