How to change the different cultural backgrounds, for example, in working with fugitives, by creative working groups? What similarities exist and how do the models of community building differ in an informal settlement in Bogotá and the Weddinger district of Kiez?

How does the artistic interaction of citizens, actors and artists develop in art, and what social repercussions can be related to this?

Artistic project initiatives focusing on the topic of socially engaged and participatory art discuss the question of how human communities can be shaped by the triggering impulses of art in a sustainable and qualitative way. Whether art is muddled with its demands on the functionalization of its own, or whether new approaches in the design of social space arise, is examined in an exchange of experience from practice. Closely linked to such project initiatives is the area of ​​cultural education and self-organized knowledge development.

One focus of the event is the view of the Colombian project initiative "Casa Mayaelo", which is a prize-winning "Premio a agentes artísticos y culturales que trabajan la cultura ciudadana y democrática" in Berlin.
