Greenstage Gallery is pleased to present this year’s Christmas Show featuring the work of artists Sue Calcutt, Sara Huxley-Edwards, Dewi Owens ARPS and Janine Partington as well as a host of gallery favourites.

About

Sue Calcutt’s charming raku fired ceramics celebrate the relationships, bonds and emotions that we share with animals and the natural world. The richly coloured and textured large scale mixed media paintings and collages by Sara Huxley-Edwards explore themes of food, drink and good times with family. Photographer Dewi Owens captures evocative scenes from the Scottish Highlands in “Abandoned Lives”, creating missing portraits of past lives in abandoned communities, while the striking compositions of “Red Roofs of Scotland” are rich in colour and atmosphere. Janine Partington is a vitreous enamel artist; her hand drawn designs are inspired by the natural world with recurring images of seed heads, trees and birds.
