We are proud to present “Tian Tian Hao Tian” (天天好天), a special collector’s sale exhibition featuring the works of the late Dr. Cheah Thien Soong (1942 – 2024), a master of contemporary ink painting. This exhibition celebrates Cheah’s legacy through the treasured works of private collectors.The title “Tian Tian Hao Tian” (天天好天), meaning “Everyday is a Good Day,” perfectly captures the essence of Cheah Thien Soong’s work. Cheah’s art is deeply rooted in nature, celebrating the timeless beauty of daily life, changing seasons, and the uplifting spirit of the natural world. His delicate ink paintings reflect a profound connection with nature, often depicting trees, lotus flowers, and serene landscapes that resonate with harmony and positivity.
“Tian Tian Hao Tian” emphasizes the simplicity and joy found in nature’s rhythms, aligning with Cheah’s philosophy and artistic expression. By keeping the title in Chinese, we honour the cultural roots of Cheah’s work while inviting viewers to experience its universal message of peace and renewal.
