Caving In — by Camilo Parra at The Gallery London Interdisciplinary School, curated by María Angélica Madero
About
Through surfaces that crack, collapse, and resist, Caving In explores the unstable life of images, knowledge, and material forms. Fragmentation, distortion, and hidden strata guide us through a world where seeing and saying no longer align.
Camilo Parra is a Colombian artist currently living and working in London. He recently participated in the Turps Off-Site Studio Programme and holds an MFA in Painting from the Slade School of Fine Art. His work explores visual "primordial soups" related to the origin and collapse of the world: from outer space to the inner body, from the macro to the micro.
