67 York Street Gallery is delighted to present a solo exhibition of contemporary artist Catriona Wood's latest works, featuring original pieces from her captivating seascape and floral series. Based in south-west London, Wood draws profound inspiration from the natural world, translating its beauty and complexity into vibrant acrylic paintings. Her artistic journey began with an art and design foundation diploma at Falmouth University, followed by a Graphic Design degree from Edinburgh University and Massachusetts College of Art & Design in Boston. After five years as a management consultant in London, Wood made the bold decision in 2024 to leave corporate life behind and pursue her passion for painting full-time.
In just a short time, Wood has established herself on the London and Surrey gallery scene, with her work now finding homes across England, Scotland, France, Spain, the USA, and Australia. Her distinctive style and nature-focused themes have attracted both gallery exhibitions and private commissions, including recent work for a client in Sydney.
This exhibition offers a unique opportunity to experience Wood's evolving artistic vision and acquire original paintings and limited edition prints from this rising talent.
