Catlin Art Prize 2014

About

Now in its eighth year, the Catlin Art Prize is a curated exhibition featuring artists selected from The Catlin Guide 2014. The 2014 Catlin Art Prize finalists are: Mr. & Mrs. Philip Cath (Goldsmiths), Sarah Fortais (Central Saint Martins), Virgile Ittah (Royal College of Art), Lara Morrell (Central Saint Martins), Neil Raitt (Royal College of Art), Dennis J. Reinmüller (Edinburgh College of Art), and Jakob Rowlinson (The Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art). A panel of judges will award one artist with a prize of £5,000 at a private ceremony on 14th May. This year's panel will include Turner Prize winner Mark Wallinger. The public will also have their say, with the winner of the Visitor Vote awarded £2,000. Votes will be cast via a ballot box at the Londonewcastle Project Space.
