Paper Manipulation as Expressive Form

About

Northern Print, the north east centre for original printmaking presents Carte Blanche, an exhibition of paper manipulations curated by John Phillips and Nadia Yahiaoui of londonprintstudio. The work on display will cross conventional artistic boundaries of craft, print, design and sculpture, and features exquisite patterns and structures drawing on natural forms, bold urban landscapes, geometric forms, bodyprints, imaginary machines and architectural structures. Artists featured are Sophie Arup, Lutz Becker, Rogan Brown, Howard Gardener, Coo Geller, Fiona Hepburn, Brigitte Parusel, Callum Russell, Rob Ryan and Carol Wyss
