Working on a basic, single-bed knitting machine, Suffolk Craft Society member Caroline Sullivan creates an exclusive range of knitted garments, hats and scarves. She works either in pure new wool, denim or a textured boucle yarn and often incorporates chenille yarn into the hats and scarves to create texture and raised detail effects.
Come and see a special exhibition of her work in Galley 2 in central Ipswich from 8th September. Admission is free. Alongside Caroline's exhibition there is work on display by other members of the Suffolk Craft Society, and it is all for sale!
