Carlo Gasperoni: TERRAMARESTELLE

The Associazione Culturale Galleria Papini promotes the TerraMareStelle solo show dedicated to the works of Carlo Gasperoni, curated by Camilla Boemio, presenting twenty works by the artist, partly unpublished.

The artist creates a synthesis between his solid scientific side and his innate artistic side. His art thus draws equally on real nature and science. Inspired by celestial bodies and natural phenomena, it has the task of dragging those who use it into a whirlwind of chromatic emotions.

As Camilla Boemio writes in the printed catalog, and in the e-book version, which accompanies the exhibition, "Gasperoni's bold approach to gesture sets directions in which the use of abstraction becomes both a formal and poetic language in which colors, the forms mentioned, and the unveiled cosmos take on personal ways of involvement. It is a sustained elaboration of an entire worldview suffused with curiosity, mysticism and criticality, in which surprising compositional juxtapositions are made up".
