Meditative, reflective, still. 'by the grace of light' presents canvas works, photography, and sketches to present rejuvenating ideas for a new world.
About
Engineer-artist Clara has solved global challenges precisely. Her works reflect deep thought and knowledge of both engineering, art, and society. Solutions are presented as sketches in book 'dreams for a better world'. There are canvas works inspired by Agnes Martin, similar to the Korean movement dansaekwha, minimalist and textural. 'Iceland: Textures & Landscapes' presents a holistic work where all design elements of aesthetic, build, and content resonate.
The idea is that texture is a birthplace to form. Once we listen, reflect, we can come up with better ways of living. This is a foundational show and sets up for future work. It invites collaboration and thought from the community.
