From September 4 to 12, 2021, Daniela Busarello is one of the twenty artists selected to participate in The Venice Glass Week in the Palazzo Loredan.
About
Daniela created ‘Anatomia dell’Oceano’ inspired by La Serenissima, specifically, its lagoon, the Sea, this liquid world, signifying Life, but also the Mother. These sculpture-vases are free-blown, created without moulds. This decision to use this technique was deliberate as the artist was encouraging accidents to appear as a statement on the condition of life. Busarello's breathwork with Murano master glassblower Paolo Crepax won over Rosa Barovier, the curator of this 5th edition of the festival The Venice Glass Week, entitled #VivaVetro!
