AWITA’s annual conference brings together 200 women working in the professional arts. The objective is to support the talent pipeline through a day of personal and professional development.
This year, attendees will hear from voices working across different sectors. AWITA believes the artworld can learn from the competencies, challenges, successes and differences of aligned creatives and industries.
The day is designed in a fresh and dynamic format that delivers practical insights. AWITA aims to create a toolkit rich in practical takeaways, case studies, honest conversations, and hands-on workshops. There will be time for reflection, self-awareness, and connecting with peers throughout the day.
