Broken Lenses is a live Performance by Music artist C Murray with visual responses to the songs through Fine Art.
About
‘Broken Lenses’ is the launch night of independent London based music artist C Murray. It will be his official debut EP. The event will incorporate a fusion of live music accompanied by an art exhibition.
The music from ‘Broken Lenses’ on the night will take an honest approach throughout and is conveyed via the thread of transparency, which enables C Murray to share and bare his flaws, vulnerabilities and challenges in life, his music will explore various topics such as: mental wellbeing, relationships, love, marriage, youth culture, social dysfunction, death and hope.
The artistic response to the music comes from London based fine artist Genique Middleton who has hosted a solo Art exhibition in Brick Lane and showcased work at various events and exhibitions, which have touched, challenged and inspired people. The art work at the event will be her response, to the themes and subjects evoked in C Murray’s music.
We hope that the collaboration of live music, vocals and art work will be an engaging and stimulating night to remember and allow the audience to fully experience ‘Broken Lenses’.
