Bring Your Own Bars Poetry is an open mic, supported by Brent 2020 Culture Fund, dedicated to showcasing the best of the Spoken Word scene from all around London!
About
Hosted by Softspoken (Tannika and Akor) and two headline acts, the night give a chance for newcomers and veterans to perform to a knowledgeable, enthusiastic audience at the iconic Boxpark Wembley. Due to Covid-19, the nights will be streamed online to help you stay at home!
Anyone wishing to take part in the open mic should contact byobpoetry@gmail.com with an example of their work. Lineup fills up quickly, so contact asap. Taking part is free, but does require a Zoom account.
