About
This exhibition showcases the work of the current A Level Art and Photography students at Brampton College. Each student has been developing a personal project since September 2017 and this work is the culmination of their research and development. The Art Department at Brampton encourages students to push the development of their ideas through high levels of experimentation with regular discussion and critique. Students have worked with a range of processes and media, including painting, installation, film and digital and dark room photography.
They present their work here as a group of young artists. Working together as a curatorial team, they have led the installation process, considering the layout of the work in the space. They have each produced an accompanying text and following the exhibition, a catalogue will be produced. The exhibition aims to raise the profile of the students’ work and create a new audience, within the context of the thriving contemporary art scene of East London.
Open Friday 16th & Saturday 17th March, 11am - 5pm
