BOTH AND, the second show of works by Calum Storrie and Geoffrey Winston in various media, continues their long-running conversation which began at Cafe Oto, a space for both listening and drawing.
About
BOTH AND, the second exhibition from Calum Storrie and Geoffrey Winston, is the continuation of a long-running conversation. They are both designers – one of exhibitions and the other of graphics.The 2-D designer assembles and evokes sculpture that questions what sculpture can be and where it comes from in unique three-dimensional works and editioned print series. The 3-D designer makes work on paper based on destitute books and decaying architecture, exploring the interfaces of drawing and collage. They share territory in the making of drawings, often of musicians, made at Cafe Oto. This is where their conversation began, in a space for both listening and drawing.
