A collaboration of work connected to the land by three artists who met and graduated from university with fine art degrees.
All three artists have sourced natural elements within the landscape with images and forms that bring together this exhibition.

About

The work is a collective of dynamic contextual links with a diversity of exploring media and materials that demonstrate a shared respect for the natural environment.  They give a flavour to the viewer with whom they wish to share such special visual moments.

These responses complement each artist’s abstract approach to a common subject where individual pieces have their own intimate relationship to another.

Each artist has exhibited widely and sold work both nationally and internationally.

Julie Price

For Julie Price, working outdoors allows for rapid and responsive mark-making. Her paintings reflect an expressive, searching and sometimes playful abstract relationship with the landscape.

Georgina Shepherd

Georgina’s expressive paintings explore the relationship between structure, terrain and atmosphere within our magnificent topography.  Drawing en plein-air is the foundation in the process.

Judith Woods

Judith works mainly in metal and wood along with other complimentary materials to reflect her abstract interpretations in 3D form.
