Enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by Michelin star chef Tom Kemble and paired with ten wines selected by Master of Wine Richard Harvey.
About
Join Apollo Collector Services for a bespoke five-course dinner created with fresh and delicate seasonal ingredients by Tom Kemble, the talented young chef at Bonhams Restaurant who gained a Michelin star within nine months of opening.
Each course will be accompanied by two wines from the classic French wine-growing regions – one from Bordeaux and one from Burgundy. Richard Harvey, Master of Wine and International Head of Wine at Bonhams has selected ten wines that complement the evening’s fine dining experience and that showcase wine’s potential as a collectible. Richard will pass on tips on how to buy wine at auction, what to look out for and what to avoid, and how to grow a wine collection.
Highlights of the night will include a 1998 Château Haut-Bailly, Grand Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux, France and a 2007 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, Domaine Joseph Drouhin, Burgundy, France.
