Boneless Box is the inaugural show at the Embassy's new gallery space in Art's Complex. A deliberately theme-less exhibition, Boneless Box features more than thirty local and international artists who have been invited to spastically jig heart muscle, pump blood and inflate our new reliquary behemoth into life. Like a pizza slice torn from its greasy moorings, ligament and sinew, synapse and cortex will loop, hang and stretch from pillar to ceiling to form membranous noospheres of collective consciousness. The lack of central concept will enable a high degree of curatorial mischief and lunatic artistry. Punters are requested to come splash around with us in the primal soup from which the new Embassy will be born.
