In the spirit of the 2024 Summer Olympics, we cordially invite artists to submit their works for consideration in our next group exhibition, Bodies in Motion, on view at the 20*20 House in Lansdowne, PA, from Saturday, September 21st to Sunday, November 24th, 2024.
About
This call is open to artists working in any visual or performance-based medium: In addition to 2D, 3D, and video media, we welcome submissions from artists, dancers, andchoreographers to create site-specific performances to be held outdoors on the campus of the 20*20 House or 20th Century Club in Lansdowne, PA and performed on September 29th. We are interested in work that celebrates the incredible diversity of motion and emotion that the human body can express in all its myriad shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities. All submitted work should be original and one-of-a-kind.
Submissions will be juried by the Lansdowne Arts Committee. Submissions are due by
11:59 PM on August 30th, 2024. Artists will be notified of their acceptance by September
6th, 2024. Physical and new media artwork must be hand-delivered on September 14th
between the hours of 11 am - 4 pm to the 20*20 House Gallery (20 Lansdowne Court,
Lansdowne, PA), and pick-up will be scheduled between the artists and the Lansdowne Art Committee. Mailed artwork will not be accepted.
