Black Box is a student run gallery in the heart of Farnham, Surrey. This can be anything from performance to sculpture, we’re open to all media. Exhibiting artists also have an opportunity to speak to students about their practice.
About
The artist presenting in Black Box from 9 June 2022 – 7 July 2022 is Katherine Smith. Bringing the installation "blue goggles and ducting" with multiple media.
She often displays her performance works in the gallery space but the happenings occur in the public space. She has performed in Waterloo with her piece "walking with blue peanuts".
the work installed in Black Box is Katherine's response to the space itself as she worked with the curation team to install the work.
